The Model 29 Double-Action Revolver is a weapon that has been manufactured by Smith & Wesson for the last 58 years. It was used big by hunters and law enforcement by 1971, when actor Clint Eastwood used the same revolver as his role "Inspector "Dirty" Harry Callahan" a San Francisco cop in the Dirty Harry Film Series.

To this very day, the Model 29 has been favored by many police, hunters and even military. This weapon was once known as "The Most Powerful Handgun in The World", however by 2003, Smith & Wesson started to manufacture the S&W 500, which took the Model 29's name.
