Ernie Williams is a member of The Black Beret Corps' Deep Sea Division that involves in the mining of rare and common elements that are either found in small or large amounts on the surface.

Not much is known about his birth and childhood, only that he was born in January of 1989 and graduated at Cambridge University by 24.
The Martian of the Deep[]
By 28, Williams and his team came across a large deposit of gold in the deep abyss of the Atlantic Ocean. Once there, one of Williams' team members (Anchors Watson) accidently discovered an enormous vessel that was 40 miles long and 20 miles wide.
